AUDITION PROCESS
The auditions will involve a group workshop, which is a compulsory part of the audition, even if you are only auditioning for a principal role. During the group workshop you will learn some music with our Musical Director and movement with our Choreographers.
You must be in 18 or over (or 16-18 and out of full time education) by October 2026 to audition.
After the group workshop there will be an advanced dance workshop. The advanced dance workshop is not compulsory, it is for those who are interested in getting involved in some more advanced dance / movement.
If you have signed up for a principal audition you will receive a separate email after the sign up deadline with your audition date and time. In most cases this will take place on the same day as your workshop audition.
Don't forget that all the audition material is on the LIDOS website (including the music for the ensemble workshop), you can access this using the link above! You'll also be able to see information about the characters as well as the lib / music for the audition!
Enjoy your auditions! Remember, this is your time to have fun and show the team your performance skills!
